November is a month of gratitude and thanksgiving. Join us in expressing our love of nature through a Mindful Grounding Walk at Cullinan Park as we awaken our senses to the natural world through grounding.
Grounding is the practice of skin-to-skin contact with the earth—literally “touching grass!” Whether you opt to go barefoot or not, grounding is a fun way to experience nature more intimately. This approximately 90 minute Mindful Grounding Walk will be facilitated by Texas Master Naturalist and Ecotherapist Tierra Ortiz-Rodriguez.
FREE AND OPEN TO THE PUBLIC!
DATE Sunday, November 2nd, 2025 from 9-10:30am
