Mindful Grounding Walk at Cullinan Park
Join us for a Mindful Grounding Walk at Cullinan Park, where we will awaken our senses through grounding. Grounding, or “touching grass,” is the practice of stepping away from screens to explore the outdoors and connect with the natural world—literally! This Mindful Grounding Walk is guided by Ecotherapist and Texas Master Naturalist Tierra Ortiz-Rodriguez and is free and open to the public.
Shadow Work & SoulCollage® Workshop
Join Shadow Work Specialist Nicole Ponce, and SoulCollage® Facilitator Tierra Ortiz-Rodriguez in this beautiful workshop designed to explore the Shadow through meditation and intuitive collage. You'll walk away with a fuller and more compassionate view of your Self.
Grief Tending: A Grief Ritual Workshop
Grief tending is the practice of consciously making space to feel, express, and move through grief in a compassionate and communal way. Grief is not something to be fixed or rushed, but something to be tended to through care, presence, and ritual. This intimate gathering offers a supportive space to honor grief and loss, explore emotional healing, and reconnect with yourself and your loved ones through sacred ritual and mindful self-care.
Sunset Reset Sound Bath & SoulCollage®
As the sun begins to dip behind the trees, we invite you to slow down and soften into an evening of deep restoration. Let yourself be guided into a summer flow of forest bathing, labyrinth walk, sound bath, and nature collage. No experience necessary. Open to anyone who could benefit from a triple dose of nature, mindfulness, and creativity!
Mindful Birding Walk
Mindful nature walks invite you to slow down and sense the world around you while practicing mindful movement, mindful breathing, sensory awareness, and nature meditation. This practice enhances observational skills and enables new ways of knowing about the natural areas within our communities. Our next Mindful Nature Walk is Saturday, June 7th at 9:00am at Seabourne Creek Nature Park and will feature mindful birding practices.
Climate Cafe
Climate Cafes are intentional spaces for deep listening and mindful sharing of our feelings, thoughts, and experiences as it relates to climate crisis and ecological distress. It is not therapy but an informal, open, respectful, confidential space of turning toward each other, our nervous systems, and our place on this Earth. This Climate Cafe is offered for therapists, ecotherapists and nature-based practitioners.
