Join us for a mindful nature walk in the park guided by Tierra Ortiz-Rodriguez, a Texas Master Naturalist, Ecotherapist, and Mindful Outdoor Guide.
For meditators, mindful nature walks invite you to slow down and sense the natural world around you while practicing mindful movement, mindful breathing, sensory awareness, and nature meditation.
For naturalists, mindful nature walks promote the careful study of the natural world through observation and foster new insights into how organisms and environments are interconnected, including our role in community-based conservation.
For health and wellness seekers, mindful nature walks offer an array of benefits, such as relaxation, stress reduction, improved mood, restored attention, stronger immune function, positive social bonds, and much more!
